Join us for an eight-week series presented by the Texas A&M AgriLife Extension.
Let's take little steps together towards a more vibrant and energetic life! Join us as we get moving with low impact chair exercises and discuss easy ways to add nutritious foods to our meals. Food tastings and prizes will be given at some of the sessions. *Note: If the weather permits, we have the option to walk to and around Soldier Spring Park for the exercise portion of the program. Series runs every Tuesday, January 16th - March 6th, at 1:00 - 2:00 p.m.
